What is your cancellation policy?
If you ever need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for a full 24 hours’ notice. Any changes within that window does come with a 50% fee of the scheduled service. If you do not show up for your appointment without any notice there is a 100% charge of the service(s) scheduled.
What is your redo/refund policy?
Our goal is always to make sure you leave loving your hair, so you will never be a bother by speaking up! We don’t offer refunds on any services provided, however we are happy to arrange one complimentary adjustment on color if it is ever needed. Please reach out to us within 7 days of your service to schedule that adjustment. Anything out of that time frame, you will need to schedule for a fully paid service.
There are no refunds on the purchase and install of extensions as it is a human product and can’t be reused. Small adjustments on the install may be needed from time to time, please reach out with any concerns.
Do you allow children in the salon?
This is a hard topic because we know how difficult it can be to squeeze in time for yourself as a young mom. That being said, we try to create a relaxing experience for all of our guests at The Hive Salon, young children can interrupt that experience. There are also a lot of hot tools, sharp objects & chemicals that can cause harm. Children under the age of 11 that are not receiving services should be left at home. Any child under the age of 14 receiving a service needs to be accompanied by an adult during the entirety of the service. If you have any more questions or concerns, please reach out to your stylist.
